[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#593933: kmymoney: Please build with AqBanking 5

Hi,

I've just checked the recently published version KMyMoney 4.5.2, but
unfortunately this version still comes without support for AqBanking 5.
Apparently the needed changes have only been made to trunk, and not to
the 4.5 branch of KMyMoney.

The needed changes for KMyMoney 4.5.x have been committed to trunk in
the following changesets:

(Make sure AqBanking is built in the required configuration)

(Support AqBanking5 and drop support for AqBanking4)

(Remove old and meanwhile include statement)

I've merged these changesets into a single DEP-3 compliant patch, which
can be dropped into debian/patches/ and debian/patches/series and which
enables support for AqBanking 5. Additionally the build dependencies
must be adapted to libgwenhywfar60-dev and libaqbanking33-dev, which are
available in experimental for some time now.

I just built an updated package (based on new upstream version tarball
4.5.2) with this patch applied, and I can confirm that this patch works:
I was able to online-download transactions into KMyMoney without any
problems.

Please consider to apply the attached patch to the next upload of
KMyMoney to experimental.

Regards,
Micha
