[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#629812: kvpnc: importing a .p12 certificate takes ages

Hi,

I have .p12 certificates for IPSEC usage, and kvpnc uses a lot of time
importing such certificates, on the order of five minutes at least,
while both disk and cpu are idle.
