[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#631591: [kde-config-gtk-style] Not working on clean install

After a fresh debian installation i had the same problem

Creating a file 

/home/USER/env/gtk-qt-engine.rc.sh

with this content:

#!/bin/sh
# Make sure our customised gtkrc file is loaded.
export GTK2_RC_FILES=/home/USER/.gtkrc-2.0-kde

solves the problem for me.
