[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#619641: ktorrent->webseed->add webseed: IPv4 addresses aren't recognized when a IPv6 address is given

ktorrent seems to skip IPv4 addresses when a previous connection
attempt to an IPv6 address has failed.
I added a address as a webseed which resolves in an IPv4 and an IPv6
address and ktorrent
ignored the IPv4 address after the connection to the IPv6 address failed.

Additionally, I tested what happens when two IPv6 addresses are given.
The strace output shows that ktorrent only tried to connect to the first one.

This problem doesn't appear when only IPv4 addresses are given.
