[0] and [1] now contain enough mock code to compile libqinfinity against
libinfinity-0.5 and actually run test/guibrowser and kobby.  It's not clean,
there are still a few missing pieces.  But it might actually be almost enough
already.  Testing would be appreciated.  (I notice that text colors are
missing but perhaps kobby never implemented those, I don't know.)
