[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#650263: please add libstreamanalyzer0 debug package

Hello, I just got a crash with Dolphin and them missing debug libraries for streamanalyzer forbid that I submit the bug via the KDE bug reporting tool.
Please add the -dbg package for Debian.
