[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#640199: icecc builds local if building in an i386 pbuilder on amd64 and useing ccache

Package: icecc
Version: 0.9.7-2

My pbuilder version is 0.202. The problem is that I have 3 computers setup for 
icecc my main pc is amd64 the other two i386. The main pc is running the 
scheduler. If I build on my main computer with ARCH=i386 (I have that setup) I 
only get local build by icecc instead of haveing a compile cluster.
