[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#667070: [plasma-runner-installer] Not working / no effect

Installing plasma-runner-installer seems to have had no effect on 
KRunner here. Setting severity to important assuming that the problem is 
system-specific.

This is on a freshly installed KDE 4.7.4. The KRunner plugin is visible 
and enabled in KRunner configuration. The only thing related I find in 
.xsession-errors is:
> krunner(2382)/kdecore (KPluginInfo) KPluginInfo::kcmServices: found 0 
> offers for "installer"

I tried running "synaptiks". When I hit Enter, nothing happens. If I 
enter the full path, I get
> Impossible d'exécuter la commande spécifiée. Le fichier ou le dossier 
> file:///usr/bin/synaptiks n'existe pas.
(Unable to execute the specified command. File or folder ... doesn't exist.
