Kalternatives appears in "Lost & Found" section of KDE-Systemsettings in 
Debian testing/unstable.
Since KDE 4.5, "system" is not  a valid section in KDE-Systemsettings, 
we must change it to "system-administration" in the kalternatives.dektop 
file.
