[Pkg-kde-extras] Description of packages keurocalc and keurocalc-data

In Debian packages keurocalc and keurocalc-data, one can read that "keurocalc downloads latest exchange rates directly from the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York".

This is not true anymore, becausee keurocalc, since revision 1.1.0, has been downloading latest exchange rates from the European Central Bank and Time Genie.
