Hallo all,
thanks a lot for the amarok 2.5 package.
N900 and ipod touch 3g (firmware 2.2.1) are now recognized and may be
synchronized as well as audio cds may now be played (phonon backend gstreamer),
converted on the fly to mp3 and downloaded to the mobile devices.
One of the new features of version 2.5 is the gpodder.net service support by
which one may synchronize podcast subscriptions and podcast play status between
mobile devices and other computers running gpodder or amarok.
But it does not seem to be compiled in. That's certainly because of the lack of
package libmygpo-qt in debian unstable. I found that the ubuntu package
http://mirror1.ku.ac.th/ubuntu/pool/universe/libm/libmygpo-qt/libmygpo-
qt1_1.0.5-0ubuntu1_i386.deb is installable in a mixed squeeze / unstable /
experimental (kde 4.7) system.
May be you integrate this package into debian unstable and compile amarok with
the gpodder.net service support.
