[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#657018: kid3: Please drop libtunepimp-dev from build-depends

Please drop libtunepimp-dev from build-depends, and configure the builds
with -DWITH_TUNEPIMP=OFF, so that it doesn't fail when libtunepimp is not found.

libtunepimp and libmusicbrainz-2.1 are being transitioned to be
removed from the archive, since they are obsolete and useless.
