[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#646213: rekonq should follow the parameter to open a file inside or outside konqueror

Hi,

I just discover that in file association («  Association de fichiers » in french), there is an option for konqueror to open the file inside konqueror or ouside.

Maybe rekonq should also follow this parameter ?
