[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#661794: ktorrent: No Settings Dialog

Dear Maintainer,

I can't open the settings dialog using the toolbar button. There is
simply no reaction. Ktorrent backgrounds when started from the
command line, so I don't have any more details from there.

My situation is aggrevated by the absence of the menu bar, which
might be a related problem.
