I believe it was available in lenny or squeeze (lenny is more likely).

That option wasn't available to me until I restored the default scripts,
as you had suggested. All I had there was "Logging", that it. It's a bit
weird because I don't remember changing anything in the scripts, ever. Anyway,
"Close all queries" came back, which is great.
