Hi!
kwebkitpart 1.3 was released on September 5, 2012 [1]. It contains an important crash fix [2] not to mention lots of overall improvements and other bugfixes [3] compared to the version currently in testing.
It would be nice to have it in wheezy so that the next Debian stable release will have a stable webkit kpart.
