[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#699610: kile: watch file doesn't work with 3-digit version numbers

With the current watch file running uscan gives:
kile: remote site does not even have current version

because the regex for the version is wrong, it works with

-http://sf.net/kile/kile-([\d\.].[\d])\.tar\.bz2 debian svn-upgrade
+http://sf.net/kile/kile-([\d\.]+[\d])\.tar\.bz2 debian svn-upgrade

so maybe this was just a typo.

Filed from ubuntu but confirmed with 1:2.1.0-1 from unstable.
