[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#700180: gtk3-engines-oxygen:amd64: Please package a new upstream version

Hi,

Current packaged version renders many GTK3 applications to unusable state. One
good example is synaptic from experimental.

I've manually rebuilt package from Ubuntu (upstream version 1.1.1 without any
additional patches) and it really solved all the issues.
