Programme Overview 

This programme provides participants with knowledge and practical skills to:

understand the role of learning and development in achieving organisational objectives perform learning needs analysis at an organisational, team and individual level
identify and implement learning strategies and solutions to address learning needs, performance gaps, and business objectives
evaluate the effectiveness of the training and learning programs in delivering the desired outcomes for the organisation.

 

Programme Delivery 

The programme is structured to:

draw on the contemporary practice in organisational learning and development,
engage participants in highly practical and experiential learning activities. Participants are exposed to and gain ‘hands on?application of their learnings through group discussions, role plays and simulated activities, action planning,
model the principles of organisational learning, action learning, and learning transfer.

Participants are involved in a preliminary activity prior to attending the programme that will assist them to identify the learning and development needs they are seeking to develop during the programme and back in the workplace.
