[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#686406: gtk2-engines-oxygen: tooltips unreadable in Iceweasel

Hi,

Does that still happen for you? I am using oxygen-gtk and Firefox, and
without touching the configuration the tooltips use white text on black
background.
