[Pkg-kde-extras] Package bangarang outdated - Upstream repository moved to Kde playground since 2012

Debian and Ubuntu packages still get the upstream source from the old 
repository.
Noticed because the packaged version becomes unusable after update to KDE SC 
4.11 which changes Nepomuk API.
