[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#768048: topic not shown when enabled

When I enable "show channel topic" and/or "show channel buttons" they
are not shown, instead I can resize the chat panel to make them
appear. After leaving and restarting konversation they are again
hidden, contrarily to the configuration
