[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#770869: k3b installation leads to init system change

Today (actually not, but still the same) I try to upgrade my debian testing.
I found that k3b was not upgrade. I try to apt-get install it, but found
that it leads to init system change! WTF? Why I need to change my init
Why I need to change my init system? Why CD record software try to do this?
