Hi.

As you can see from this link

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=308579

there is an old (two years) bug in ktorrent's queue manager. The bug
has been fixed but as you can see at the end of the bug report, the
fix went only in the master branch and never made it into 4.3.1. Since
there hasn't been another release of ktorrent ever since, the fix is
still just in the master branch.

I applied them (just them on the 4.3.1 source) and rebuilt the
ktorrent package. They actually work.

Could you please include them in the package?
