[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#767165: [ktp-call-ui] Doesn't work

It doesn't work. It can load, but as far as I can tell there is pretty much no 
condition in which you can use it to complete a call with this version.

The upstream release 0.9 should work, but that won't make it into jessie.
