Package: exiv2
Version: 0.25-2
Usertags: serious
Control: blocks 797077 with -1

Exiv2 loses timezone information in some XMP dates:

$ cp test.xmp test.xmp.bak
$ exiv2 -M 'del Xmp.dc.title' test.xmp
$ diff test.xmp.bak test.xmp
6c6
<    xmp:CreateDate="2012-02-01T16:28:00+02:00"/>
---
>    xmp:CreateDate="2012-02-01T15:28:00"/>

This is a regression. It didn't happen in 0.24-4.1.
