[Pkg-kde-extras] State of Digikam in Debian

Hi,

Digikam is uninstallable in sid right now. It has unsatisfiable dependencies, 
and also outdated build dependencies.

I see that Ubuntu has 4.12.0 already, and 5.0.0 seems to be available 
upstream,

What are the plans/workarounds/… to get a working Digikam in sid?
