[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#778813: Should suggest geoip-database|geoip-database-contrib

Hi!

It seems ktorrent uses geoip-database for geo resolution on peers, but 
does not recommend or suggest installing it.
Since this enhances user's experience somehow, please find suitable 
applying the attached trivial patch.
