[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#775616: kwave: FTBFS in jessie: help_fr.docbook:292: parser error : Entity 'url_svn_instructions' not defined

Control: tags -1 + upstream fixed-upstream patch

This is the same as #759949 and I'm sure the same patch will apply to the
jessie version. Note however that the sid package has a newer upstream
version than the jessie one and so jessie should be fixed via TPU.
