The package fails to build:

This warning is for project developers.  Use -Wno-dev to suppress it.

CMake Error at /usr/share/kde4/apps/cmake/modules/KDE4Macros.cmake:311 (add_custom_target):
  add_custom_target cannot create target "doc-handbook" because another
  target with the same name already exists.  The existing target is a custom
  target created in source directory "/kile-2.1.3/doc".  See documentation
  for policy CMP0002 for more details.
