Dear maintainer,

for some reason you swapped your build-dependency on the metapackage
libboost-graph-dev to the versioned libboost-graph1.60-dev.

This is causing us some problems now as we don't want to release stretch
with more than one version of boost, much less with a version that was
never the default and never used by more than a small handful of
packages (that are being migrated away anyway).

Can you please either revert back to the unversioned boost (so
rebuilding with 1.61 which is the current default that the unversioned
build-dep would pull in), or depend on 1.61 (not suggested, as you'd
find yourself with yet another bug at the next default change, whenever
it'll happen).

TIA.
