[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#848032: krusader: Krusader in root-mode uses config-parameters of user

Dear Maintainer,


since last update of krusader in stretch krusader uses in root-mode the configuration of the user itself. 
This is very annoying due to the fact, that you cannot configure root-mode specificially for root tasks. 
One example: I like to see by a different background colour whether I am working as root or as real user or a click on HOME shoots your to /root

To reproduce: 
- Open krusader as usual user
- Call 'Extras > Krusader im Systemverwaltungsmodus starten'
- Change background color via 'Einstellung > Krusader einrichten' OR
- Click on HOME-Button 
- Close Root-krusader
- close user-krusader
- start user-krusader > All configurations for root are done for user. 

In short: last update was not a lucky one.
