[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#812437: kde-telepathy: provide something to run this thing

Dear Maintainer,
I have installed this thing.

Now what? There is no binary called "telepathy" nor "kde-telepathy".

/usr/share/doc/kde-telepathy contains no documentation.

Please provide something inside /usr/bin/.
