This new version is required for the auto-kdepimlibs transition and the new akonadi server. The old zanshin version fails to communicate with the 16.04.* akonadi server.
Please see the attached patch.
Maybe someone else from the Debian KDE team can do the upload because Fathi doesn't seem to care anymore and already ignored my old patches.
