[Pkg-kde-extras] Fixing Digikam's debian/watch file

Hi,

According to https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/digikam, the debian/watch has a
problem:

In debian/watch no matching files for watch line
  http://download.kde.org/stable/digikam/digikam-(.*).tar.bz2 debian svn-upgrade

The url http://download.kde.org/stable/digikam/digikam-(.*).tar.bz2 should
be replaced with http://download.kde.org/stable/digikam/digikam-(.*).tar.xz
