[Pkg-kde-extras] kaffeine missing from testing

That's right, see <https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/kaffeine>.
It was removed because the following critical bug was left unfixed:
<https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=808759>.
To get it back to testing, the bug needs to be fixed.
