[Pkg-kde-extras] Amarok package build configuration - AAC tag editing support

Hello KDE extras team,

I was just trying to edit some AAC tags with Amarok (on Debian Stretch),
and failed... forums say:

"Amarok has to be built with support from external libraries for m4a tag
writing support to work. "

and the configuration line suggested is:

Is it possible to enable AAC tag editing support in the package build?
If not, can you explain / link to an explanation why not?
