[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#845479: src:digikam: Missing icons when used outside a DE

Hi,

when using digikam with the Awesome window manager (and presumably
others), no icons show up. Manually installing breeze-icon-theme *and*
selecting an icon theme from Settings > Configure digikam >
Miscellaneous it worked fine.

digikam should imho recommend (or, at the least, suggest)
breeze-icon-theme to make it easier to identify this (weak?) dependency.
Ideally, it would then not need a manual configuration change to
actually pick it up but I understand that this may be a separate feature
request for upstream.
