[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#839680: Please update to upstream version 1.1rc2

Hi,


icecc has recently (Apr 2016) released a new version (1.1rc2 [1]) which
includes support for debug fission  (-gsplit-dwarf [2]).


It will be amazing if this version can be released in Debian.
I would love to have it on Debian Strech.
