[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#837538: ktorrent: local IP used to connect to tracker despite SOCKS proxy configured

1. In the options menu, under Proxy -> SOCKS: tick "use a socks proxy server", configure valid socks proxy settings
2. Add torrent with a tracker which reports to you what IP address you used to connect (eg. private tracker)
3. Tracker reports your local IP address instead of the expected address of your socks proxy server

This is unexpected, no hint/warning (there is a checkbox "use proxy for tracker connections" under HTTP settings, and it's checked, bug still occurs), user assumes socks connection will be used for tracker connection

Not using a proxy despite having it configured is something that should *really* not happen in my opinion.

If anything is sent bypassing a configured proxy, *at least* let the user know beforehand.
