[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#872289: Package the Qt5 port

The upstream repo has a Qt5 port in progress in the master branch. It can be
compiled with the Debian packages. I haven't tested the result yet as I want to
prepare the packaging first. I intend to upload the results to experimental.
