This issue is a duplicate of #849326 (and thus I'm merging with it, so
please followup there only). This is also a downstream-only issue, due
to the mixup of MariaDB versions currently in testing/unstable, and I
see the KDE bug was rightfully closed as DOWNSTREAM.
