[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#881229: krusader: Synchronize directories does not preserve time attribute

Dear Maintainer,

The synchronize directories does not preserve file modified date.
The problem is described at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206921 and 
had been resolved 4 years ago. Please consider implementing the resolution 
in Debian stable as it is a very simple change in the code suggested 
https://cgit.kde.org/kde-runtime.git/commit/?id=6979833189642b8450d73d5aeb82fcf4cb600832
