I am Miss Blessing Samuel. the only daughter of late Mr.Nguessan Samuel, from Ivory Coast. my father deposited the sum of ($12,500,000.00) in a bank here in Cote d'Ivoire before his death, he used my name as his next of kin and beneficiary of the money after his death, he signed a bond with the bank that restrained me from accessing to the money here unless transferred abroad for investment purposes.
