I'm not sure what you're asking for here. The latest update is available from<br>
the application site, as stated in the release notes.<br>

If you're asking for notification of future releases, there is an option in<br>
the sourceforge web site to monitor new updates (though I can't quite<br>
remember where it is!).<br>
