[Pkg-kde-talk] Splitting kde.mk

Hello all,

I think we should move ahead and split up kde.mk, into kde.mk (perhaps then 
push it back upstream) and debian-qt-kde.mk, where KDE team-specific 
packaging rules would go. Also, until upstream merges a system for handling 
uu-encoded patches, we should add a patched simple-patchsys.mk to our cdbs 
repertoire, though use it only with packages that need it.

All this is available in SVN, in people/chrsmrtn/cdbs-experimental. PLEASE 
comment on how I've split kde.mk apart, in case I've put something in 
debian-qt-kde.mk that should remain in kde.mk or vice versa.

If no one comments in a few days, then I'll assume that everything is fine 
and proceed with what's in people/chrsmrtn/cdbs-experimental.
