Failed with an ICE:
/build/buildd/arts-1.4.2/./mcop/dynamicskeleton.cc:205: internal compiler error: in cp_expr_size, at cp/cp-objcp-common.c:101

Try building with -O2 instead of -O3, that seems to help for many ICE, at
least the ones with "segmentation fault". Maybe this should be announced
via DWN ot d-d-announce?
arts failed with a different ICE, -O0 might help here, but I haven't tried.
