Nice, I should remember to check there.

As I'm sure you're aware, though, kde-i18n in unstable needs to be 
re-uploaded to depend on kdelibs4c2a, as do the packages on p.d.o (since 
the kde-3.5.0 packages are also transitioned).

It would be nice if, once 3.5.0 kde-i18n is rebuilt, it could be uploaded to 
http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/kde-3.5.0/kde-i18n, to make it easy for 
users to get. Just be sure to make everything group writeable, so we can 
clean up later and free the space.

If you prefer not to upload to alioth, maybe just send a mail to 
debian-kde at lists.debian.org telling users where to find the packages.
