  no written policy, common sense applies. if you want to have a look, I
  did some work on kdemultimedia when preparing the experimental upload:

    http://bugs.debian.org/src:kdemultimedia

  search for bugs done by Adeodato and have a look at how were they
  handled. e.g., if I really check that the bug was fixed, I close
  directly.
