[Pkg-kde-talk] Prototype for web, documentation, etc.

Hi.

I've been doing a bit of work in a prototype of what I think it will be a good 
resource for coordination, and documentation: a small website for pkg-kde:

It just shows how it can be structured, because most documents are imcomplete 
or inexistant. The only exception is the descriptions draft, in which I tried 
to suggest some common guidelines we can share.

Please, tell me if you find this useless, or do you think is a good idea, 
before I start to keep it up to date, and fill it with more content.
